Teen Life Counts (TLC) is a school-based suicide prevention and awareness program. The program is a part of Jewish Family Service (JFS) of Greater New Orleans. Each school year, staff and volunteers are trained and visit area schools teach high school and middle school students about the warning signs of suicide as well as how to respond in a suicidal crisis.
This website is a resource for students and parents looking for more information on the topic and program, volunteers interested in teaching the program, school professionals, and donors.

UPCOMING EVENTS TLC Training for Professionals Involved in Suicide Prevention JFS will be offering suicide awareness, assessment, and prevention training for social workers, clinicians, and other professionals.
